2011 Chestnut Irish Draught Stallion; standing 16.3h
Competing in Eventing

WFF Gettysburg was purchased from Windfield Farm (under contract).

About WFF Gettysburg ::
Our first purebred Irish Draught from the incredible WFF program, Gettysburg is an impressive example of his breed and just a nice stallion to have around. We plan on competing him as an eventer, but he is showing a lot of talent in the show jumping phase in particular, so we will likely use him in our in our show jumping breeding program in addition to our eventing program when he is old enough. *Under contract to Windfield Farm*

Commentary on his pedigree from his breeder: These two Irish Draughts really represent their breed in the show ring. Both are level headed, athletic and strong-boned. SGC Druid Corann is surprisingly light on his feet, and does very well in the dressage portion of eventing. Poppy Garden VE is fairly new to competition, but she’s the daughter of the talented jumper Opium Pride. This colt seems to have gotten a lot of lift and spring, and would probably do well in any sporthorse discipline.
