RETIRED from Sim, January 2015 "Polo" is a very well-bred son of one of the most famous Thoroughbreds in Sim, multiple time HOTY and RHOTY Dream Space. We are hoping that Polo will bring a new dimension to our eventing breeding and showing program. Polo is a high-spirited stallion with a lot of 'go'. He loves to run, true to his racing pedigree, but he is rarely hard to handle. He is a gentleman around the barn and at pasture, too, which is very nice when you consider some of our other more high-strung stallions. Polo has been competing for several years for us after being inactive for a while. He has been incredible for us, with many CCI wins and top finishes. He has a lot of speed on course, which gives him an edge over some of the slower horses. He is one of our very best eventers and is currently competing at the highest level. His sire, KARLS NICKLE, is a Sim stallion who has been around for quite some time. He has a real pedigree if you go back a couple generations, which is nice to have. I believe that Karls Nickle has been shown quite a lot in hunter/jumper and cross country. His dam, HOTY DREAM SPACE, is perhaps the most famed Thoroughbred in the Sim world, although she has been retired for many years now. She has claimed title after title for many years, including multiple HOTY and RHOTY titles in several different disciplines. Her foals have also shown incredible talent on the track and in the show ring, including DREAM CHINOOK, one of the most notable of her many foals.
