About WFF Veritaserum ::
Commentary on his pedigree from his breeder:
About the Sire: Convey The Truth is an extremely talented and successful Thoroughbred eventer and we are only offering this one homebred of his this year. His spent this last year competing in intermediate and CCI** eventing. He has titles in two associations including Eventing Champion and is the 2012 Thoroughbred of the Year. He has six other offspring competing as sporthorses. His first offspring, WFF Honor The Truth, is the 2012 Reserve Thoroughbred of the Year. As far as I know, this is the only time any horse and his/her offspring have won Horse of the Year and Reserve Horse of the Year in the same category in the same year! His offspring have all started earning titles and we are excited for this new offspring as well.
About the Dam: Shadow is a lovely Irish Draught mare who has been competing in eventing for several years and now competes at the preliminary level. She is very dependable and has had a lot of success, holding titles in three associations including World Champion and Grand Champion. She has two other offspring. Both compete in eventing and have National Champion titles. This is her first colt and we believe this stallion is the perfect match for a wonderful Irish Sport Horse.
