Sales Contract

Before offering to purchase any Starfire Inc. Horse, either on this site or at SAI or TSC, please read the following. Offers on horses will mean you understand this contract and agree to abide by the terms.

1. Starfire Inc. requires pages for all horses sold within 14 days from the date of sale. After 14 days, the sale is void and may either be retained by Starfire Inc or sold to another interested party.
2. Horses are expected to remain active. If a link goes broken without being notified of a change, or no updates have been made within a 6 month period, the sold horses will be considered abandoned and will be reclaimed.
3. Starfire Inc. requires buybacks on all horses sold. This must be noted on the horse's page.
4. Unless otherwise stated, or approved by Starfire Inc., no changes may be made to any sold horse. This includes year of birth, discipline, and name.
5. Starfire Inc does not allow for the importation of horses into games. Exceptions may possibly be made by contacting me, providing I can reclaim the horse without issue should the need arise.
6. At least the mimimum of sire and dam must be linked on a horse's pedigree, providing the sire and dam have linkable pages.
